Discovery & Strategy
We start with a conversation — with you, your team, and ideally your customers. I learn your business model, competitors, and the distance between where you are and where you want to go. The strategic brief from this stage becomes the foundation for every decision that follows.
Implementation
Once the strategy is approved, I build the first version — wireframes, design, and development move in parallel. You see weekly progress in Figma and on staging, so you never have to wait for a “final” version to give feedback.
Feedback Loop
Every week we review together. You give feedback, I iterate, and we repeat. The loop continues until we are confident in the result. No big reveal at the end and no surprises — transparency is the default.
Build & Launch
When the final version is approved, we finalize the build, test on real devices, set up analytics, and launch. I make sure your website is fast, secure, accessible (WCAG AA), and easy for your team to update.
Maintenance
Launch is only the beginning. I offer monthly retainers for content updates, new pages, A/B testing, and quarterly performance reviews. Most clients continue because a good website should keep evolving.
